Developing an identity with cultural influences.
Asha felt her previous personal branding didn’t truly reflect her roots and music style. It was important to her to have an identity that was influenced by her Indian heritage but with a modern, clean touch.
Through research and development, a logo type was formed out of inspiration taken from a mix of traditional Indian typography and architecture. It was also important to Asha that there was something unique about the type, something that gave her edge and showed off her personality, we achieved this through a contrasting typeface.
The outcome was simple but striking enough that it became memorable as Asha’s identity for her music and production.
